Current Yoga Classes – In-Person and Online Options Available

I’m excited to offer a variety of yoga classes that cater to different preferences and schedules. Whether you are beginning your yoga journey or looking to deepen your practice, you'll find options that suit your needs.

Yoga at Hunterdon Art Museum

  • Balanced Breath Adult Weekly Yoga Series The class series will offer sequences in Vinyasa and slow flow yoga. Each class will introduce a variety of yoga postures (asanas), combined with effective breathing techniques. These are designed to strengthen both your body and mind while enhancing your inner awareness. Learn and practice breathing exercises which may relax and support the nervous system. Whether you’re seeking a gentle stretch to release tension or a more challenging practice to energize, these classes provide techniques that support your overall well-being.
  • How to Join: Check out the class schedules and sign up here at the Hunterdon Art Museum in Clinton, NJ. Classes will take place on Wednesdays at 5:15 PM from June 26, 2024, until August 18, 2024.

  • Mindful Movement Youth Weekly Yoga Series This class, for kids ages 7-12, focuses on building mobility and balance through a variety of yoga flows. Students will be taught yoga postures and breathing practices designed to support their development. Participants will learn valuable techniques for stress management, concentration, and mindfulness, all while engaging in movement that promotes overall well-being. Sessions are designed to encourage students to carry these skills beyond the mat. Please wear attire that facilitates easy movement.
  • How to Join: Check out the class schedules and sign up here at the Hunterdon Art Museum. Classes will take place on Wednesdays at 5:15 PM from June 26, 2024, until August 18, 2024.

Peace of Mind Yoga at POMNJ

  • Located at Peace of Mind Yoga in Berkeley Heights, NJ, these classes utilize a trauma-informed approach to support the mind-body connection.
  • How to Join: Visit POMNJ’s yoga schedule to find the most suitable times and sign up. I currently teach Yoga for Anxiety on Tuesdays at 10 AM EST, a meditation at 11:15 AM, and Yin Yoga and Journaling on Thursdays at 7:45 PM EST. Classes are offered both in-studio and virtually.

Online Sessions on Insight Timer

  • Description: For those who prefer the convenience of home practice or cannot attend in person, I offer flexible online yoga and meditation sessions via Insight Timer. Please note that my schedule here varies as I am currently completing training to become a certified yoga therapist.
  • Benefits: Access these classes from any location and enjoy the support of an online community.
